Employee ideas and initiatives propel Advanced CSR at Hakuhodo.
We support Advanced CSR initiatives in multiple ways.
We encourage each employee, in the course of his or her daily work, to actively consider the responsibilities he or she has toward society and the contributions he or she can make.
We perform a wide range of work at Hakuhodo. We encourage every employee to determine whether his or her own work is sufficiently mindful of society and if there is not more that can be done to benefit society. Each employee is charged with promoting his or her ideas in the most effective manner, including directly to clients and media owners.
We encourage our employees to determine how best to put their skills to work in service of sei-katsu-sha and society. Our diverse staff holds experience, skills and knowledge from many different disciplines, and has the freedom to work individually and together in teams. This diversity enables outside-the-box thinking and breakthrough ideas.

- Hakuhodo is home to many specialists and teams with a particular expertise that can shed insight on progress and happiness in society. Their unique perspective has led to groundbreaking research and proposals of benefit to society. We have also commenced educational activities to share the know-how we gain with the public at large.
