Environmental Policy

We take care to limit the impact of our business activities on the environment. Because we have unique and formidable strengths in communications, we bear the responsibility to use those strengths to promote a sustainable society. We do so both through our work with clients and in our interactions with society.

1. Living in harmony with the environment
   With awareness of the environmental impact of the resources and energy we consume and the refuse we generate in our business activities, we strive to minimize both and live in harmony with the environment.
2. Making proposals and recommendations
   Through our creative and planning work, and event planning, design and organization, we make proposals and recommendations to help solve environmental issues and preserve world resources in consideration of the perspectives of sei-katsu-sha and our stakeholders.
3. Appropriate operation of an environmental management system
   We have built an ISO-compliant environment management system and strive to prevent environmental problems, adhere to all relevant laws and compacts and promote environmental awareness to our employees and business partners. By regularly reviewing these efforts, we endeavor to improve continuously.

This environmental policy is understood by all Hakuhodo employees. We each work toward its realization.
